Duties and Responsibilities Provides patient care that is appropriate for the elderly, disabled, and infirm by assisting with daily activities of the household. Assists clients with self-administration of medications, treatments, and therapies as needed. Assisting with personal care: bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, and exercise. Basic food preparation: preparing meals, shopping, housekeeping, laundry, and other errands. General health care: overseeing medication and prescriptions usage, appointment reminders and administering medicine. Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and management. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to problem solve in a timely manner. Ability to work independently as well as with a team environment. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

We are seeking two candidates to join our team working with as a CH of a 3 man squad or part of a nine man team dependent on the type of job. We want to bring in individuals who wish to further themselves. AMF shall provide further training to the successful candidate to assist in their development.
