You will be mainly working with - Cold foods, charcuterie, sandwiches and sweet treats graduating into a hot food offering in the short term. About the Role:We are looking for somebody to help with the preparation and service of our Afternoon Tea offerings and the preparation of Potions and Serums for out Cocktail Potions Classes. For the role we require the following: - Be proficient in Food Preperation - Maintain and Enforce Food Hygiene - Manage and Rotate Stock - Keep Detailed Records of Temperature Checks, wastage - Work in an Efficient and Logical Manner - Be Passionate about Food and Show Pride in your work - Show Strong Imagination Towards Food Creation and Presentation. - NVQ Level 2 - Awareness of Manual Handling Techniques - Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety.
