This Graduate Sales & Leadership Trainee position is a structured entry-level opportunity designed for a graduate who want to build toward management through hands-on experience — starting with sales delivery. This is not an immediate management position. All successful candidates begin by learning the core sales function of the business before progressing into leadership responsibilities based on performance. Role Overview Graduates will begin in a front-line sales role, working within retail and event-style environments to understand how campaigns are delivered, how customers are engaged, and how revenue is generated. This foundation stage is essential. It develops: • Professional communication skills, • Confidence in public-facing environments, • Target management and accountability, • Commercial awareness, • Resilience and performance consistency You will be actively engaging members of the public, explaining campaign information clearly, and guiding interested individuals through the appropriate sign-up or onboarding process. Initial Responsibilities • Representing live campaigns in retail or event settings, • Initiating professional one-to-one conversations, • Explaining campaign objectives and support options clearly, • Answering questions accurately and transparently, • Processing registrations using digital systems, • Working towards daily and weekly performance targets This phase typically forms the first stage of development and is performance assessed. Leadership Development Once consistent sales performance and professionalism are demonstrated, graduates may progress into additional responsibilities, including: • Supporting new starters during onboarding, • Assisting with daily team briefings, • Monitoring performance metrics alongside senior team members, • Learning how targets are set and tracked, • Contributing to team motivation and standards Further progression may lead to Assistant Leadership and Campaign Management responsibilities.
