    Location: Office-based - Brighton City Hours: Part-Time, Monday–Friday Salary: £22,000 per annum (pro-rata) We’re looking for a positive, organised and people-loving Admin & Recruitment Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, chatting to people, keeping everything running smoothly, and bringing energy to the workplace. 🎓 Training & Support Full training will be provided and continued throughout your employment, ensuring you feel confident and supported in the role. ✨ About the Role You’ll support the Managing Director and our Brand Ambassadors with a mix of administration, coordination and recruitment tasks. Every day will be different, from running recruitment calls to preparing reports, organising documents and keeping the office in great shape. ⭐ What We’re Looking For • A fun, outgoing personality, • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail, • Confidence speaking with a diverse range of people, • Ability to use initiative and work well under pressure, • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), • A self-motivated person who enjoys hitting targets, • Sales or recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential! 📝 Key Responsibilities Recruitment • Designing and placing job adverts, • Managing incoming recruitment calls & maintaining call retention, • Confirming candidate appointments, • Preparing recruitment days and keeping accurate recruitment records, • Hosting recruitment calls, • Monitoring online blogs and social media Administration • Preparing meeting documents and handouts, • Vetting new sales team members, • Preparing, balancing and finalising daily/weekly sales reports, • Finalising Brand Ambassador earnings, • Managing inventory and stock control, • Ensuring all company procedures are upheld Admin Job advert General Office Duties • Reception cover, meeting and greeting visitors, • Maintaining office and stationery supplies, • Photocopying, binding, filing and laminating, • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail, • Supporting general office upkeep and information research as needed
