The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality or catering industry, with a wide range of transferable skills and experience. We’re looking for a confident and charismatic individual to enhance our team and to build credibility and relationships with both existing and new customers. Duties and Responsibilities - Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, partnerships and/or new products and services. - Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities. - Building relationships with other team members, new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs. - Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients. - Extensive production knowledge to support advice/guidance for customers based on their requirements - Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends. Experience/Skills Required - Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and self motivate - Excellent customer service skills - An effective communicator - Commercial awareness and market research experience - Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements - Effective use of Microsoft suite i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint - An established network within the hospitality/catering industry The role is being offered on a full time basis Monday – Friday during office working hours.* As an inclusive organisation who supports working families, start times may be flexible depending on individual need. *there may occasionally be the opportunity to attend networking events that fall outside of office working hours. This position will be hybrid (Liverpool city centre office and field based)
