White Label Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading global pump manufacturee who are looking to hire two hires across the North (North West / North East – no Scotland): • Area Sales Manager, • Key Account Manager This is a proper pump sales environment, selling a broad range of pump and fluid handling solutions into chemical, food & beverage, utilities and general manufacturing. 1. Area Sales Manager – North A classic territory sales role: • Roughly 50% account management / 50% new business, • Managing and growing a regional customer base, • Winning new business across end users, integrators and distribution, • Full ownership of territory, pipeline and diary 2. Key Account Manager – North A more account-led role, focused on: • Managing higher-value, key customers (e.g. utilities, major industrial users), • Growing existing accounts and developing long-term relationships, • Identifying opportunities within established customers, • Less emphasis on cold new business, more on account growth and development The Person (for both roles) They are keen to speak to individuals who: • Have strong experience selling a wide range of pumps or fluid handling equipment, • Come from either a manufacturer or distributor background, • Have sold into industrial/process environments, • Are comfortable managing their own territory, pipeline and customers Package • Highly competitive base salary, • Strong bonus structure, • Company car + full benefits Why these roles? • Two different routes depending on your strengths (new business vs key accounts), • Established global brand with strong product offering, • Genuine opportunity to take ownership of a key Northern region
