The Lead Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering football lessons tailored to children, managing and supporting a team of coaches, and ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, communicating with parents and guardians, and upholding the standards and values of Little Kickers. Qualifications • Experience in coaching, sports management, or physical education, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members, • Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate teaching methods, or experience working with children, • First Aid certification and safeguarding knowledge are advantageous, • Organisational and time management skills to plan and execute lessons effectively, • Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus
