They are committed to supporting both their people and the wider community to achieve long-term success.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis role involves supporting apprenticeship learners throughout their programme, providing structured guidance to help them successfully complete a Children & Young People qualification. The position combines practical support with delivery of up-to-date learning approaches to ensure positive learner outcomes.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nDeliver high quality knowledge and competency-based assessment to assigned learners/clients ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved.\n\nCovering a regional area, travelling to visit learners in workplace to undertake assessments. Effective management of caseload and scheduling is critical\n\nSupport learners to progress through the learning journey through effective planning, feedback and regular learner interaction.\n\nResponsible for conducting monthly learner progress reviews and agreeing clear measurable targets by communicating progress and achievement of learners to the manager / employer consistently throughout the programme.\n\nComplete Individual Learning Plan’s with all learners to ensure effective and appropriate support is provided throughout the learner journey and progress is recorded.\n\nEnsure Internal Quality Assurance systems are performed and maintained as per code of practice\n\nEnsure the learner journey is effectively planned, accurately documented, and consistently updated to enable timely achievement of outcomes.\nEssential\n\nProven occupational experience and technical competence in Children & Young People delivery.\n\nLevel 2 & 3 NVQ/QCF Children & Young People\n\nFull driving license and access to a vehicle.\n\nWillingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.\nDesirable\n\nRelevant training experience and a recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent)\n\nWelsh speaking is desirable.\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nThis role offers a competitive benefits package including generous annual leave (increasing with service), healthcare support, a reduced working week, retail and gym discounts, a bonus scheme, life insurance, and employee recognition initiatives.\n\nOur client is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
