We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and maintain our high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage general office tasks. Handle inquiries and manage schedules efficiently. Oversee booking management and maintain accurate records. Schedule and book drivers and passenger assistants for various transport services. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all records. Support the Customer Service Supervisor in managing customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high standard of customer service. Assist in resolving issues related to bookings and transport services. Enroll drivers and passenger assistants in required safeguarding courses, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures. Track course completions and renewals to ensure all staff are up to date with required training. Report any issues or discrepancies to the Customer Service Supervisor and Director promptly. Prepare and submit regular reports on booking statistics, compliance status, and other relevant metrics. Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Relevant training or certification in safeguarding is advantageous.
