We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee our customer service operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support the customer service team in handling inquiries and managing schedules. - Oversee booking management and maintain accurate records. - Schedule and book drivers and passenger assistants for various transport services. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all records. - Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Assist in resolving issues related to bookings and transport services. - Enroll drivers and passenger assistants in required safeguarding courses, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures. - Track course completions and renewals to ensure all staff are up to date with required training. - Prepare and submit regular reports on booking statistics, compliance status, and other relevant metrics. - Report any issues or discrepancies to the Director promptly.
Qualifications and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience in a customer service or supervisory role. - Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures is preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Relevant training or certification in safeguarding is advantageous.
