In this role, you don’t necessarily need to be an experienced Commissioning Manager—though having that background would be advantageous. However, a solid understanding of the commissioning process and prior experience or exposure to how it operates will be essential. However, support will be provided by a regional commissioning manager. Responsibilities include • Oversee the entire commissioning journey, from construction handover through to a successful launch., • Achieve CQC registration and uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance., • Recruit, motivate, and develop a talented team united by a commitment to outstanding care., • Build lasting relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and healthcare partners to drive sustainable occupancy and referral growth., • Cultivate a supportive, person-centred environment where individuals with nursing, dementia, mental health, and complex care needs can flourish.
