This role will play a significant role in improving and expanding Skills for Care’s learning and development offer.\n\nAs Learning Designer, you will be responsible for video editing, graphic design, and e-learning development, ensuring outputs are visually consistent and learner focused, bringing our products to life.\n\nYou will work closely with the Marketing Team and Commercia colleagues to deliver to our brand and style guidelines, and to meet commercial expectations. You will have solid experience in the learning and development / training and education, including experience of e-learning design and Learning Management Systems.\n\nThis role will work as a part of the wider Workforce Learning and Development Team, reporting to the Programme Lead, Workforce Learning and Development, and be recruited alongside a Learning Designer to enable us to achieve our vision of creating great social care workforce development, and our wider corporate strategy aims.\n\nWe are particularly keen to speak to candidates who will be available to commence the post in June 2026.\n\nAt Skills for Care, we are committed to creating a culture of Belonging, where all of our People are able to contribute to their full potential.
