Working two days per week on site, you will lead the full operational cycle: vehicle loading, transport, market setup, supervision of trainee shifts, customer service, cash‑up, and safe pack‑down. You will ensure the pilot delivers high‑quality, person‑centred work experience aligned with the project model, while generating strong social value, generating sales and ancillary service enquiries.
