We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organised Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role would suit someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and communication while delivering a high level of service. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors Manage inbound calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner Provide regular job updates and progress reports to customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records Plan, schedule, and monitor daily workloads for engineers Book appointments for smaller contracts and ad-hoc works Complete helpdesk administrative tasks, including processing orders and spare parts Raise purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors Produce accurate invoices for completed works Monitor KPIs and support SLA performance What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar coordination or FM environment is desirable Good understanding of scheduling, workflows, and service delivery Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using office systems and scheduling software Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure Please get in touch or send your CV for more information
