Flexjet Europe, a private aviation Company that operates the world’s most luxurious and exclusive private jets, is currently searching for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs including airframe structures, engines and aircraft systems. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) will make repairs and conduct tests to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely. • Perform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications required to meet company and regulatory requirements, • Remove and disassemble defective parts; assemble and install replacement parts and test aircraft systems, • Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments, • Complete all required maintenance records in an accurate manner, including accurately reporting the times required to accomplish the tasks assigned, • Support all company policies and safety programs, • Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints, • Present a clean and neat work area, • Demonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to the internal/external customer, • Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned, • B1 or B1/B2 License, • B1.3 for rotary aircraft desired, • UK CAA and EASA License, • Proven experience directly related aviation experience (corporate aircraft experience preferred), • Type ratings on GVI, EMB550 and S76 desired, • Good working knowledge of EASA/UK CAA: Part 145, Part M, Part CAMO, Part 21, • Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom, • Successful candidates will:, • Possess excellent communication skills, • Be highly motivated, self‑directed, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure and time constraints with a positive attitude and working environment, • Be confident working in a dynamic fast‑paced atmosphere and remain calm under pressure, • Be an engaging individual with a can‑do attitude who is comfortable working toward individual goals while contributing in a team environment, • Maintain solid negotiating and decision‑making skills, • Be able to delegate and follow up appropriately, • Have the ability to multi‑task within a team environment, • Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs, • Possess proven inspection competencies, • Basic set of hand tools, • Specialised aircraft tooling will be furnished by the company The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, • Occasionally accommodate sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, • Frequent lifting and moving up to 5 kg and occasionally lifting and moving up to 22.5 kg, • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus #J-18808-Ljbffr
