We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children's and young person’s support workers. Essential Information • We offer £2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month), • 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years, • Working on a rota basis - you will receive a monthly rota, • Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations, • Planning team rotas to supporting the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments, • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose, • To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager, • To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager, • Welcome a diverse culture in the home, • You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations, • Driving is essential due to locations of the homes, • Refer a friend payment scheme, • Enrolled on to a work place pension scheme after three months of employment, • Progression within the company, • Over time paid at x1.25, • Fully paid 10-day induction course
