Welcome Host - Ad-Hoc / Temporary Shifts\n Location: SurbitonHourly rate:£14.80 Per Hour \n We are seeking warm, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts, supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an ad-hoc temporary basis. \n This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well-supported from the moment they arrive. About the Role\n As a Welcome Host, you will provide a blend of front-of-house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities may include: Key Responsibilities\n\n • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach\n, • Support with post room duties, including receiving goods\n, • Manage internal and external post collection and distribution\n, • Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries\n, • Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed\n, • Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships\n, • Taking deliveries (Can weigh upto 20KG)\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n, • Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-service role\n, • Excellent communication and organisational skills\n, • Ability to remain calm and confident in both busy and quiet periods\n, • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable switching between tasks\n, • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service\nAdditional Details\n\n, • Ad-hoc temporary shifts - flexibility required\n
