We’re a fast-growing startup with a strong client base in the City of London and beyond, and we’re now looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in our exciting growth journey. The Role This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or a junior operations manager role. Reporting to the MD/Sales and Operations Director, you’ll be at the heart of our business – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and keeping everything running like clockwork. Key aspects of the role include: • Supporting the MD/Operations Director with executive admin and coordination., • Overseeing projects, from website updates to outreach and client subscription services., • Coordinating monthly events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives., • Acting as a point of contact for clients and external partners., • Supporting HR processes, onboarding, and team development., • Helping to streamline systems, improve efficiency, and ensure service quality.
