HR Manager – Professional Services (Part-Time) A highly regarded law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help build and shape their HR function, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities include: • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex ER matters, manage grievances and disciplinaries, and coach managers on best practice., • Talent & Performance: Support recruitment, oversee performance management processes, and drive initiatives to develop and retain talent., • Reward & Benefits: Assist with salary reviews, liaise with payroll, and benchmark benefits to ensure competitiveness., • Employee Experience: Lead engagement initiatives, promote wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and ensure policies are up to date and consistently applied., • Data & Insights: Produce HR metrics and reports, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to the Partnership., • HR Administration: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practice. Candidate Profile: • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)., • Demonstrates a commercial, solutions-focused approach to HR., • Proven ability to manage a varied workload and deliver under pressure., • Strong track record in employee relations and employment law., • High attention to detail and a professional, confidential manner., • Experience in change management, including restructures and dispute resolution., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
