The Cyber & Network Support Technician will play a key role in supporting clients with first‑line technical issues, basic cyber‑security tasks, and routine network troubleshooting. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in IT infrastructure and security. KEY DUTIES • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults, • Support cyber‑security monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks, • Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems, • Support the implementation of cyber‑security best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorised access, • Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings, • Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes., • Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues when required., • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
