Project Support Coordinator – Up to £35,000 The ultimate right-hand role to the Sales Director Love being the person who makes everything happen? We’re looking for a super-organised, proactive plate-spinner to become the Sales Director’s trusted right hand and keep our installation projects running like clockwork. This is a 12-month maternity cover where you’ll sit at the heart of the business — coordinating sales, supporting projects from first enquiry to final sign-off, and making sure our customers receive a seamless, professional experience every time. What you’ll be doing Be the Sales Director’s go-to person • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, • Coordinate installation projects from enquiry through to completion, • Schedule engineers, organise parts, and plan site visits, • Log enquiries in the CRM and prepare accurate quotations, • Maintain drawings, plans, and project documentation, • Act as a key point of contact for customers, • Provide updates, support, and aftercare, • Manage emails, calls, and project logistics, • Anticipate problems and solve them before they arise, • Background in sales support, project coordination, or similar, • Exceptional organisation and time management, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Confident communicator with customers and colleagues, • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Visio helpful but not essential), • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused, • Calm under pressure and great at multitasking, • Reliable, dependable, and proud of your work, • Someone who enjoys being the person others rely onEssential requirement, • You must have your own transport due to our rural location, which is not accessible via public transport Why this role is great • Be the right hand to the Sales Director, • Play a key role at the centre of the business, • See projects through from start to finish, • Join a friendly, supportive, and professional team, • Gain valuable experience in a busy project-based environment, • Full training provided Location: Rural location Warley Transport: Own vehicle essential due to location Contract: year contract Salary: Up to £35,000 If you’re the kind of person who loves keeping everything organised, making things happen, and being the glue that holds it all together — we’d love to hear from you.
