Where does this role fit in Youll be a key member of our Pobl Reactive Repairs Team carrying out repairs in occupied homes. This means great customer service is just as important as your trade skills as youll be the face of Pobl for many of our tenants. You may occasionally support our Voids or Planned teams depending on the needs of the service so flexibility and a team focused attitude are essential. What skills and experience do you need Were looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with: • A City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in roofing or extensive proven experience in roofing (essential), • Practical experience in roofing, • Confidence working in peoples homes and providing a professional courteous service, • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, • A willingness to carry out work in other trade areas (e.g. basic plastering carpentry brickwork etc.), • A flexible and positive approach to work and problem-solving, • A full UK driving licence FREDIE At Pobl Group we are guided in all that we do by a group of principles that we call FREDIE these are: Fairness Respect Equality Diversity Inclusion Engagement.
