We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator/Accounts/ HR to take ownership of our administration, payroll and accounts functions while supporting the Directors and Manager in the smooth running of the business. This is a key position within the organisation, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working at the heart of operations. What You’ll Be Doing • Overseeing day-to-day administration, • Managing HR files, contracts, holidays and absence records, • Preparing and coordinating monthly payroll, • Maintaining accounts using Sage (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations), • Producing invoices, payment schedules and financial reports, • Monitoring debtors and resolving account queries, • Supporting onboarding and documentation processes, • Supervising and allocating work to the Admin Assistant, • Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries What We’re Looking For • Strong administrative and organisational skills, • Payroll and accounts experience (Sage preferred), • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, • Confident communicator with a proactive approach, • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information Why Apply? • A senior, trusted position with real responsibility, • Varied role combining admin, HR and finance, • Supportive leadership team, • Stable, established organisation If you’re a capable, hands-on administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys taking ownership, we’d love to hear from you
