Food and Beverage Operations Manager • Responsibilities: Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction Support and inspire the team, creating consistency across services and procedures Actively step in during busy periods and events Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue targets Conduct and maintain accurate monthly stock takes Implement robust controls for F&B stock, equipment, and resources Work closely with Heads of Department on ordering and stock management Ensure all areas and equipment meet Health & Safety standards Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards front and back of house Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing team training Lead regular team meetings and proactively address guest feedback Collaborate daily with our Head Chef on menus, improvements, and service quality Take responsibility for Duty Management shifts as required Champion company standards and vision across the team Food and Beverage Operations Manager, • About You: An experienced F&B Operations Manager with at least three years working in a hotel restaurant environment Must come from a volume restaurant background Strong financial acumen and be able to execute and deliver on sales & budgets Focus on attention to detail Experience in building the brand culture Understand and implementing restaurant service and standards Excellent verbal & written communication TPBN1_UKCT
