The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring all aspects of the conveyancing process are handled efficiently and professionally. ​ Key Responsibilities: Case Management: • Manage a full caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity., • Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements.
