Conveyancing Fee Earner (Assistant / Residential / Commercial) Overview We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a growing property team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates at varying levels of experience, from Assistant Fee Earners supporting a team through to experienced Fee Earners managing their own caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services and supporting clients throughout the property transaction process. Key Responsibilities • Assist with or manage a caseload of conveyancing matters depending on experience level, • Handle residential and/or commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, leases and acquisitions, • Draft legal documentation, contracts and correspondence, • Conduct title checks, searches and due diligence, • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties, • Provide regular updates to clients and maintain strong client relationships, • Ensure files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion, • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems, • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements Requirements • Previous experience in conveyancing (assistant, residential or commercial level), • Understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures, • Strong organisational and time management skills, • Excellent communication and client care skills, • Ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines, • Experience using case management systems is advantageous Benefits • Competitive salary depending on experience, • Opportunities for career development and progression, • Supportive and collaborative working environment, • Exposure to a varied and interesting property caseload To apply, please get in touch with your CV and details of your salary expectations and notice period,
