Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Conveyancer to join our dynamic team at a reputable UK conveyancing law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring all aspects of the conveyancing process are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Case Management: • Manage a full caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity., • Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements.
