Key Responsibilities • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the UK property market, with an emphasis on serving Chinese-speaking investors, tenants, and landlords., • Develop and implement structured sales strategies, pipeline plans, and client acquisition initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration., • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key landlords, property developers, and tenant clients, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and retention., • Act as the primary account manager for major clients, providing professional advisory services, regular performance updates, and issue resolution support., • Collaborate closely with internal departments including lettings, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery., • Attend property viewings, negotiations, client meetings, and industry events to promote company services and maintain strong commercial visibility., • Accurately maintain CRM records relating to client profiles, sales performance, and communication history., • Prepare regular business development reports and sales forecasts for senior management., • Support marketing campaigns and market-promotion initiatives targeted at the Chinese-speaking property sector. Candidate Requirements • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently within a target-driven sales environment and consistently achieve agreed sales objectives., • Minimum 5 years’ experience within property services, real estate sales, or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Substantial experience working with Chinese-speaking clients, preferably within the UK property market., • Strong understanding of the UK housing market, including landlord-tenant relationships and lettings procedures., • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications., • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline., • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and professional working proficiency in English; Cantonese language skills are desirable but not essential.

Job Summary About Zuwin Properties Zuwin Properties is a UK-based estate agency committed to connecting landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants with outstanding residential and commercial property opportunities. We are scaling rapidly and seeking driven Property Sourcing Specialists to grow our listings through active prospecting and strategic outreach. Role Overview The Property Hunter will proactively find and onboard properties for rent or sale, focusing on landlords, developers, and investors. This role requires strong networking, negotiation, and property knowledge. The ideal candidate is field-smart, well-connected, and motivated by results, with an eye for valuable deals and opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach property owners, landlords, developers, and investors with available properties (rent or sale). Source single-let rentals, HMOs, multi-unit blocks, and sales instructions for the Zuwin portfolio. Build relationships through networking, cold calling, referrals, and social media outreach. Conduct basic due diligence and gather key property details (price, location, condition, rental/sale status). Ensure all documentation (proof of ownership, EPC, compliance certificates, etc.) is collected. Liaise with landlords to secure exclusivity or signed agreements with Zuwin Properties. Work closely with the internal team to hand over listings and prepare them for marketing. Track leads, follow-ups, and status updates in a structured manner. Payment Structure You will be paid per successfully onboarded property: -£200 for a standard single-let rental property -£400–£600 for HMOs or multi-unit rental instructions (depending on unit count) -£250–£500 for sales instructions (based on value and exclusivity) -£100 bonus for each property with full landlord documentation and photos ready- to-list -Additional bonuses for bringing in portfolios (3+ units) or landlord referrals that convert Payments are made upon contract signing with Zuwin Properties and readiness for listing.
