Graduation Period: From 1st August 2025 to 31st August 2026 Language skills: English and Chinese. Other languages would be a plus. Solution Engineer: Responsibilities: • Develop the concept of warehouse layout with mobile robotics technology, • Evaluate and select components and solutions considering technical and economic aspects, • Analyze customer data to find the optimal solution, • Introduce and present solutions to customers in Europe, provide technical clarification/expertise, • Specify and request third-party components, • Prepare tenders and calculate project costs Required capabilities, and skills: • Completion of a degree in logistics, industrial engineering or other engineering majors, • Experience in automation logistics, good understanding of logistics processes is a plus, • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with practical application experience, • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills, • Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments, • Very good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present internally/externally Product Engineer: Responsibilities: • Product Standards Alignment & Application: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the region understand, apply, and continuously refine product standards through hands-on implementation and feedback loops during hardware and system deployments, • Delivery Process Standardization: Work with the local hardware team to identify process gaps, improve delivery workflows, and develop standardized operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality across the EU region, • Pilot Project Support: Provide engineering support throughout pilot projects, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met, • Documentation: Assist in documenting best practices and creating technical guidelines to ensure process standardization, • New Product Introduction (NPI) cooperation: Enable NPI activities, including design reviews, process validation, and cross-functional communication, to ensure successful product launches Required capabilities, and skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, • Experience: Experience in product engineering, project support, or process development, with a focus on NPI, • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose effective solutions, • Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, effective across diverse teams, • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a passion for process improvement and standardization
