As our Gas Supervisor you'll harness effective working relationships within the operational team and wider business to provide a professional gas service that delivers an excellent customer experience, driving first time fix to all gas repairs, whilst ensuring value for money. In this role, you will be responsible for • Adhering to all relevant regulations and organisational policies and procedures., • Carrying out Work In Progress, H&S and post inspection audits within the gas team, • People supervision including van checks, 1:1's, absence management, providing support and guidance as required, • Carry out periodic inspections of recent electronic Landlords Gas Safety Records., • Visit sites and carry out appropriate investigations following complaints or damage reports and undertake investigations to repeated failing appliances., • Mentor and monitor all new starters, • We need people who, • Hold a Certificate of Competence (BSEN17024) - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 NVQ Level 3 Gas Utilisation (or equivalent), • Can undertake gas and heating repairs in customers homes and annual gas safety checks of domestic dwellings, • Are experienced in dealing with customer complaints and complex gas repairs, • Are personable, approachable and are able to motivate, engage and upskill team members Everyone's welcome here. The team Our Homes Team make sure customers' homes are well maintained by carrying out repairs, maintenance, and gas servicing... They are very important people! In the team, there are multi-trades people, electricians, ground workers, roofers, gas engineers, plumbers, and joiners, plus general labourers and apprentices. There is also a team of planners and administrative colleagues who keep the show on the road by booking in all the work and making sure our trades colleagues have everything they need to get the job done. Together the Homes Team makes up nearly a third of our whole workforce! Our customer satisfaction rating is consistently rated as 'excellent' and our Homes Team gets more compliments than any other team! The Homes Team were winners of the One Team One Dream Award at our colleague awards in 2020 for their commitment and fantastic teamwork.
