Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Boulevard Hotel, the Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage a culinary team, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include menu development, cost management, inventory control, and maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The role involves collaborating with the management team to create exceptional dining experiences for guests, while mentoring and developing staff in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Qualifications • Proven experience in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation., • Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills., • Proficiency in kitchen operations, including cost control, inventory management, and supplier relations., • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards., • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities., • Culinary certification or equivalent professional experience in a similar Head Chef role., • Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment., • Experience in high-volume in a hotel dining is an advantage.
