We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, award-winning luxury hotel in Belfast for an experienced Sales Manager (Sales and Marketing Manager) to lead and drive commercial performance across sales, marketing, events, and revenue functions. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a premium hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximising Sales revenue. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Group Sales & Marketing leadership, you will take overall responsibility for the hotel’s Sales and Marketing function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic growth plans. You will lead and manage a team including: • Sales & Marketing Executive, • Revenue Manager Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with hotel objectives and budget, • Drive revenue across all market segments, including corporate, leisure, groups, weddings, and events, • Identify and secure new business while nurturing key accounts, • Oversee pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance reporting in partnership with the Revenue Manager, • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client functions (including some international travel), • Manage sales and marketing budgets in line with business expectations, • Ensure brand consistency, campaign execution, and strong online reputation management, • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt strategy accordingly, • Champion a guest-centric culture and uphold core company values What We’re Looking For • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within hospitality, • Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams, • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, • Solid understanding of marketing tools and digital platforms, • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines, • Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Management
