Role Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to find new clients for our photography and videography services. As a commission-based role, your earnings will be directly tied to your success in bringing in new business. Responsibilities: -Client Prospecting: Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and referrals. -Outreach: Reach out to businesses, event organizers, and individuals who may require our services. -Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring our offerings accordingly. -Sales Conversion: Convert leads into paying clients by effectively communicating our value proposition. -Networking: Attend industry events, workshops, and conferences to expand your network and promote our services. -Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and job leads. Requirements: -Location: Must be based in Belfast or the surrounding area. -Honesty: We value integrity and honesty. You should be trustworthy and reliable. -Self-Driven: This role requires initiative and the ability to work independently. -Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. -Sales Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in sales or client acquisition is a plus. Compensation: -You will receive a 20% commission on the total value of each job you bring in. -There is no cap on your earnings. The more clients you find, the more you will earn.
