Required Criteria Minimum of 2 years in a technical/mechanical role Good manual dexterity skills Proactive in solving technical/process issues Clear understanding of performance targets Familiarity with day-to-day activities (housekeeping, H&S, recycling, energy efficiency) Desired Criteria Technical qualification in mechanical or production engineering Familiarity with plastics processing and extrusion experience Experience in TPM, preferably in a continuous processing environment Shift work experience (including nights and weekends) Skills Needed General Housekeeping Skills, Production Operations About The Company At Brett Martin, youll join a workplace where our teams have created a positive working and learning environment.
