You'll be part of a caring team in a small, welcoming supported living home in Abingdon. We currently have relief positions available, and you'll need a UK manual driving license to accompany our young men on outings. As a Relief Worker, you'll fill shifts to support our team during times of absence, ensuring the needs of both our residents and your own work-life balance are met. Rotas are usually planned one month in advance, with additional opportunities available as needed. Your Day in the Life: You'll have the rewarding opportunity to support three wonderful young men—Ben, Joe, and Gary*—in their daily lives. Here's a bit about them: Ben : Full of energy and humor, Ben loves swimming, train rides, and shopping. He's always looking for someone to share in his adventures!
