About the Role: • We are looking for a commercially driven Portfolio & Innovation Manager to lead the performance, optimisation and development of the Zesty Paws product range across Europe., • This role sits at the intersection of innovation, brand and commercial execution., • You will own the portfolio end-to-end, ensuring it is focused, competitive and future-fit, while driving a strong, commercially relevant innovation pipeline., • You will work cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Planning, Regulatory and R&D, acting as the central point of coordination for both portfolio performance and innovation delivery. Core Responsibilities Portfolio Ownership & Performance • Own the performance of the product portfolio across key channels, monitoring sales, profitability and availability., • Analyse product performance and identify opportunities to grow, optimise or rationalise the range., • Define and drive clear portfolio priorities and SKU focus to maximise performance and business impact. Innovation & Pipeline Leadership • Lead the development and shaping of the innovation pipeline in close collaboration with R&D and Brand teams, • Translate consumer, market and category insights into actionable innovation opportunities (formats, claims, pricing, positioning), • Ensure all new developments are commercially relevant, differentiated and aligned with strategic priorities, • Partner with Regulatory and Quality to ensure feasibility and compliance from concept to launch, • Support successful launches with clear portfolio integration and prioritisation Artwork & Packaging Management • Own end-to-end coordination of artwork and packaging updates across the portfolio, • Work closely with Brand, Regulatory, Quality and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery, • Establish and manage clear processes, timelines and approvals, • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while meeting all regulatory requirements, • Ensure efficient and timely implementation of packaging changes with minimal business disruption Commercial Alignment & Planning • Partner with Sales and Ecommerce teams to ensure strong alignment between portfolio priorities and commercial plans, • Input into demand planning through innovation assumptions and portfolio strategy, • Ensure focus on priority SKUs to maximise availability and business impact Experience & Skills: • Strong innovation and portfolio management background, ideally in FMCG, supplements or a regulated category, • Commercial and analytical mindset with ability to turn data into clear actions, • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, • High attention to detail, especially on packaging, claims and compliance, • Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence across functions, • Proactive, structured and comfortable in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like • A focused, high-performing portfolio with clear priorities and strong availability, • A relevant, impactful innovation pipeline driving growth, • Seamless execution of artwork and packaging changes, • Strong cross-functional alignment with clear ownership and decision-making, • Innovation launches that meet real consumer needs and deliver business impact Benefits: • Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in our beautiful office in Hammersmith (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days from home (Monday, Friday), plus flexible core hours., • Class Pass Gym Membership (28 credits per month), • 30 Annual Leave days per year, • Subsidised coffee shop within the building., • 40% discount for UK Brands, • Health Insurance, • Life Insurance, • Private Dental Insurance, • Complimentary office drinks on Thursday evenings, • Dog-friendly office.
