The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and experience in the social care sector, specifically mental health. The registered manager will need to register with the CQC and passing the probation stage of the role will be dependent on the CQC approving their registration. Our mental health residential home is seeking a new manager to support up to 13 service users who live with mental illness, physical disabilities, dementia, and/or complex behaviours.
