Paint SprayerLocation: CoventryCommutable from: Nuneaton, Rugby, Bedworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, SolihullSalary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hourHours:Monday to Thursday: 06:30 16:45Permanent Days Fridays OffBenefitsFour-day working weekEvery Friday offOvertime availableStable, long-term opportunitySupportive and professional working environmentFree on-site parkingAbout the CompanyOur client is a well-established engineering and steel fabrication business with an excellent reputation for manufacturing high-quality structural steelwork and bespoke metalwork solutions for commercial and industrial projects throughout the UK.Operating from a modern manufacturing facility, the company continues to invest in its people, equipment and processes, providing employees with a stable working environment and genuine long-term career opportunities.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy fabrication team on a permanent four-day working week.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying structural steel fabrications and metal components, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality finishwhilst maintaining excellent safety and housekeeping standards.DutiesPreparing steel fabrications and metal components for painting.Mixing paints and coatings to specification.Applying primers and topcoats using airless and conventional spray equipment.Carrying out masking, cleaning and sanding prior to painting.Producing high-quality painted finishes to customer specifications.Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are achieved.Maintaining spray equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised.Following all health and safety procedures.The CandidateThe successful candidate will have experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing, engineering, steel fabrication, industrial, automotive or commercial vehicle environment.Experience spraying structural steel, fabricated metalwork, commercial vehicles, plant machinery or similar products would be advantageous; however, candidates with automotive paint spraying experience are encouraged to apply as full product training can be provided.You will also be able to demonstrate:Previous paint spraying experience.Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing ratios and application techniques.Experience using airless and conventional spray equipment.Good attention to detail.Ability to work from job specifications and quality standards.A reliable and hardworking attitude.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.ApplyTo apply for this position, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
