Accident repair work to showroom standard. It's temp-to-perm and don't read "temp" as second-best. You trial them, they trial you, and for a good painter it goes permanent. No gambling your notice on a place you've never seen. You'll be: colour matching, blending, base and lacquer, running the booth properly, polishing to a flawless finish. Waterborne and solvent. You'll need: proven bodyshop spray experience and a real eye for a finish. Tickets (NVQ, ATA, IMI) are a bonus, not a deal-breaker if your work speaks for itself, that's enough.
