IPS Group have been exclusively retained to recruit a Divisional Director for a leading Commercial insurance business based in Croydon. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established Commercial team at a genuinely exciting point in its evolution. Rather than simply maintaining an existing operation, the successful individual will play a key role in developing the schemes proposition and driving digital transformation across the wider regional business, helping shape its future direction and growth. The most important aspect of this appointment is the ongoing development of the schemes portfolio, alongside leading the digital agenda on a regional basis. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation beyond your own division, working closely with a dedicated central team to streamline processes, improve efficiency and embed new working practices across multiple business areas. We’re particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have built, developed or significantly grew insurance schemes, especially where digital trading, automation or technology has played a major role. You may have launched a scheme, enhanced an existing proposition, improved digital trading capability, or worked with insurer partners to create more scalable products, ideally with experience of rolling out similar initiatives across more than one team or specialism. Based in the Croydon office, you will sit within the Commercial team, with a portfolio spanning a broad range of sport clubs and association risks. Sector-specific insurance knowledge is welcomed but not essential.
