Overview Are you ready to take the next step in your employee benefits career? We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Consultant to join our Corporate Pensions & Benefits team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a non-regulated, B2B environment, supporting a portfolio of corporate clients and contributing to the delivery of high-quality consultancy services. You’ll work closely with Consultants and senior colleagues to provide technical support, manage client relationships, and help deliver tailored solutions across pensions, group risk, and healthcare benefits. You’ll also take ownership of a small portfolio of clients, developing your consulting skills and commercial acumen in a collaborative and supportive team. How you'll make an impact • Manage a small portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality advice and consultancy within agreed budgets, • Support Consultants in all aspects of client delivery, including scheme renewals, reporting, and meeting preparation, • Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, • Prepare client reports, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting packs to a high standard, • Respond to client and member queries, providing accurate and timely information, • Monitor client profitability, support fee invoicing, and contribute to revenue growth through retention and upselling, • Maintain accurate records, manage diaries, and ensure all client deadlines and service levels are met, • Stay up to date with technical knowledge across pensions, group risk, and healthcare, supported by ongoing training and Continuing Professional Development About You • Experienced in financial services or employee benefits, ideally in a client-facing or support role, • Technically curious, with a developing knowledge of corporate DC pensions, group risk, and healthcare, • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills, • A confident communicator – both written and verbal – with strong interpersonal skills, • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal systems, • Studying towards or holding relevant qualifications (e.g. CII GR1, IF7, PMI qualifications) On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
