Your New Role As Site Manager, you will oversee the delivery of an 80-bed care home new build project in Chester. You’ll be responsible for daily operations on site, reporting to a Project Manager and Construction Manager, where driving the project to completion on time and within budget is the priority. Overview of Duties: • Manage all site operations from start to completion., • Ensure health & safety compliance at all times., • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams effectively., • Monitor progress, update schedules, and report to management., • Maintain quality standards and resolve issues promptly., • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
