As a General Team Member, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your responsibilities will include packing and unpacking goods up to 20kg, answering customer calls, and managing queries to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently pack and unpack goods up to 20kg. - Answer customer calls and manage queries with professionalism and courtesy. - Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain an organized and safe work environment. - Follow company processes and policies to ensure operational efficiency.
