Job Purpose To lead and deliver the detailed design of specialist structural bracketry systems from concept through to fabrication-ready documentation. The candidate will be the technical authority for all bracketry-related structural analysis and design, ensuring compliance with the relevant Eurocodes, fire engineering requirements, and interface coordination with MEP, architectural, and civil disciplines. The role demands a rigorous, first-principles approach to structural analysis combined with strong commercial and programme awareness. The Role Our client is seeking an Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major data centre development in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the building services sector, working alongside experienced commercial professionals on a technically complex, high-value project. You will support the commercial management of the mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
