As this is a role in which you will be dealing with students face to face, this is an office-based role on our new campus in Manchester. No two days will be the same at UKMC, it will be busy and very fast paced. Your role will be to assist students ensuring they are supported and dealt with fairly, efficiently, and with optimum results. The Student Success Tutor will mainly focus on student retention and satisfaction by providing excellent first-hand support for their academic needs. This is a student-centered role designed to coordinate the varied needs of students studying in our programs. It may include the delivery of workshops and other teaching-related activities. The selected candidate will also be responsible for communicating with students on a regular basis with a problem-solving and pre-emptive attitude to provide them with confidence regarding their study journey here at UKMC. The Student Success Tutor will act as an advisor for students and will guide and direct them in the right direction.
