Our mission is to enhance resilience, self-esteem, and life outcomes for the young people we support. \n We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new 4-bed children's residential home in Carlisle, and we are on the lookout for an experienced, passionate, and child-focused Registered Manager to lead this exciting initiative from the ground up! \n This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can truly thrive. The Role\n As the Residential Registered Manager, you will take the helm of our new home, ensuring effective leadership, management, and development of the service. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our operations with Ofsted requirements, safeguarding legislation, and the core values of North Lakes Children's Services. \n You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that every young person receives exceptional care and support that promotes positive outcomes.
