Clinical Lead Management - Sunbury-on-Thames Contract: Full Time Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 Per Annum Shift type: Days Contracted hours: 44 As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager with the safe, effective and person-centred delivery of regulated health and social care services within our home. You’ll provide strong clinical oversight while leading and inspiring a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. What we offer: • £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (DOE), • Pension scheme, • Onsite Parking, • Paid DBS, • Uniform Provided Clinical & Operational LeadershipSupport the Home Manager in the day-to-day delivery of a safe, compliant and high-quality health and social care service, ensuring standards align with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.Person-Centred Care DeliveryOversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance processes to ensure residents receive holistic, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs, preferences and outcomes.Safeguarding & CompliancePromote a culture of safety, dignity and accountability. Ensure all safeguarding, infection control, medication management and regulatory standards are met and consistently maintained.Partnership WorkingBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with residents, families, local authorities, GPs, district nurses, and wider multi-disciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and seamless care.Team Leadership & Workforce DevelopmentLead, mentor and develop the care team, fostering a positive, inclusive culture. Support supervision, training and professional development to maintain a skilled and confident workforce.Quality ImprovementDrive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and clinical reviews to enhance service delivery and resident outcomes. Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Nurse: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with a valid PIN., • Care & Social Care Experience: Proven experience supporting older people within a residential, nursing or social care setting., • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a care team.
