We manage and let school facilities out of hours to bring these spaces to life in support of the local community. To connect the community with the spaces, we require staff to ensure that the customers who have booked facilities enjoy a positive and hassle- free experience. ** Summary** In the role of Customer Service Assistant/School Lettings Operative, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while managing school lettings. Reporting to the COO, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating bookings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth operational flow. Your strong communication skills will be essential in customer interaction while your organisational skills will enhance the quality of the service provided, making you a vital asset to our team. Key responsibilities - Open and close sites in evenings and on weekends, meaning you will be a key holder for the school and responsible for leaving the site secure overnight. - Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for customers through exceptional customer service. - Assist in the preparation of spaces according to customer requirement. - Light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure that the spaces were left as they were found. - Regular health and safety checks and assist customers with any necessary tasks. - Remain in a central location on site when not undertaking routine checks so customers can find you should they need you. Personal Specification - You must be flexible to make reasonable customer requests work to the best of your ability. - You must be organised and quick to act to provide the best possible service. - Good communication is key, both with customers and the NXT team. You are the eyes and ears on the ground so your input is key! - Politeness is vital to provide good customer service. ** Joining Process** 1.
