We are looking for a Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist healthcare provider, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes across North London and North West London. This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, plus a fully expensed company car or car allowance of £4,877, London Weighting allowance, paid mileage, and an excellent benefits package. In this Community Nurse role, you will work in partnership with one of the largest NHS service providers, primarily delivering IV therapies in a community setting. You will manage a caseload of approximately 4–5 patients per day, providing exceptional clinical care, education, and support, while making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives every day. You’ll work autonomously in the community, building strong relationships with patients and their families, and ensuring care is delivered safely, compassionately, and to the highest clinical standards.
