We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Client Insight Analyst to support the delivery of client reporting and analytics. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the Senior Client Insight Analyst to ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with client and business needs. Reports To: Senior Client Insight Analyst Contract Type: Permanent Location: Fully Remote, UK About the role: • Assist in the creation and delivery of client-specific reporting and insights, ensuring outputs are actionable, timely, and aligned with business objectives., • Conduct deep-dive analysis of client performance upon request, delivering clear, actionable insights to account managers or clients through well-structured communication., • Run internal sales attribution reports, providing context to results by seeking to understand performance drivers., • Provide tailored collateral and actionable insights to support high-value account meetings., • Work with the Senior Client Insight Analyst to understand commercial reporting requirements, which will drive the continued development of reporting data models in DBRX., • Support data integrity by investigating and reporting changes in client or performance data. Technical Skills • Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, with some knowledge of SQL Server, BigQuery, or Databricks considered a plus., • Proven ability to build dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights clearly., • Experience handling customer datasets, with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in client data., • Ability to produce clear and concise insights for clients or internal teams using reporting software such as PowerBI or PowerPoint/Google Slides., • Demonstrates a growth mindset and a proactive approach to learning and development., • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor outputs to suit both client and internal stakeholder needs., • Maintains high standards of accuracy and consistency in data reporting, by recognizing the importance of data integrity in client-facing outputs., • Creative and curious, with a passion for improving how data is used to drive decisions.
