Property Manager | Family Office | LONDON The successful candidate will be thoughtful, grounded, and solutions-focused, bringing a calm, capable energy to their work and a genuine desire to provide meaningful support. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the care and maintenance of a growing residential and commercial portfolio based in London. The Property Manager will take a proactive approach, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless operations in line with the Principals’ expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Property Maintenance • Oversee all utilities, bills, and related property expenses, • Manage routine and reactive maintenance and repairs, • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency response and out-of-hours coordination, • Oversee procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, • Maintain and track all technology, smart systems, appliances, and equipment, • Oversee garden maintenance and landscaping, • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals, • Identify and mitigate property risks and security concerns, escalating where necessary, • Support special projects as required Construction & Vendor Management • Support renovation and refurbishment projects in partnership with construction teams, • Coordinate architects, designers, and contractors, monitoring quality of workmanship, • Manage quotes, contracts, budgets, and project timelines, • Liaise with service providers for maintenance and improvement works, • Source and manage trusted suppliers and trades Record Keeping & Compliance • Maintain accurate and organised property files for continuity and compliance, • Manage detailed budgets and service records for each property, • Structure and oversee maintenance contracts and vendor relationships (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, alarm systems, etc.), • Maintain asset registers, service records, warranties, and inventories SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 10 years’ experience in property or estate management, • Ideally 5+ years within a UHNW or private environment, • Undergraduate degree required, • Strong knowledge of construction, building systems, and property maintenance, • Working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, • Excellent communication skills with high levels of discretion and confidentiality, • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset, • Impeccable organisation and ability to anticipate needs, • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships, • Collaborative and solutions-focused approach, • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools, • Driver’s licence required; access to a vehicle preferred, • Willingness to work on-site full time, travel as required, and maintain flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
